Humble Healthcare Resource, Inc. - is entering our seventh  year of being in business. We are a small-business, Minority Woman Owned staffing corporation. We provide full services temporary, contracted, health care, administrative, and, legal personnel services. In addition we can provide telecommunications services for some labor categories.
 
Humble Healthcare Resource, Inc. was established in FY 2006 by the
President Roslyn D. Kirton,
Who has over 21 years of experience in the staffing industry.  Ms. Kirton started in the staffing industry in 1989 as a staffing coordinator in NYC for one of the largest healthcare organizations in healthcare during the late 80’s Kimberly Quality Care. Ms. Kirton was assigned the VNA contract for homecare and, several area hospitals to include, Mount Sinai, and Beth Israel. She was promoted to the position of field staff mentor by 1992, when she then relocated to the Tidewater Virginia area and, began establishing her mark in the industry.  Ms. Kirton has since joined various healthcare companies and, opened two locations in the tidewater area, and one location in the DC. Metro area.
 
In 2003 she decided to try a new market after servicing Walter Reed Army hospital through her last position as a Marketing/Sales manager. She went into the federal market and, was very successful in growing the business for a small woman owned company in the down town Washington, DC. Area. .
Her primary focus was selling administrative services to commercial, federal, state and, the District of Columbia. In 2006 she decided to establish her own business to assure the customer satisfaction she sells on a daily bases with the understanding of the Patriot Act and, the FAR.
 
Humble Healthcare Resource, Inc. was established based on the principals of integrity and, honesty and, the assurance of security for our customers and, their staff.
 
Recruiting Associates- we recruit highly qualified professionals through the Internet career sites such as Monster and, Career builders. Our president is part of the military TAP transition panel that meets monthly to assist our men and, women of the armed forces gain employment in the civilian market. Our most successful strategy of recruitment is by word of mouth we treat our associates as a part of the team, by doing so our associates refer quality individuals to join our team.
 
Screening Associates- As a standard operating procedure of our selection process, Our Field Staff supervisors verifies employment history to include three reference checks for every applicant being considered for employment. Our application process requires that each  applicant has a current resume and, provides information regarding: citizenship, college, business, trade or vocational  schools, high school , previous employment, employment dates, past supervisors, salary history, and proof of active security clearances when applicable. The information is required and verified with no gaps in employment or unaccounted periods acceptable without explanation.
 
Assessing Associates Skill Set - We utilize web training for all of our testing needs. These standardized tests allow us to measure and evaluate the range and depth of each associates skill. This is how we match our associates with our customers needs.
 
Background Screening - (USA PATRIOT ACT)
Post 911 Humble Healthcare Resources, Inc. respects the privacy of our associates, at the same time we understand that we live in a world that has changed.  Realizing that our job is to protect our customer from financial crimes, identity fraud and, terrorist activity. Potential applicants are required to provide employment eligibility verification information.  We utilize choice point for background screenings.
Through choice point who provides services to the USPS, through E-Verify we check criminal, social security, motor vehicle and, consumer credit when applicable. Upon signing of our applications, a potential applicant give Humble Healthcare Resources, Inc. permission to conduct any necessary screening into the background of the potential applicant and, asserts that all prescreening information on the application is true and, accurate.
This process is vital to our business and, any false information will result in immediate termination.
 
Drug Free Work Environment - Humble Healthcare supports a Drug Free Workplace. Each associate assigned to our clients will be required to read, sign and adhere to our Substance Abuse Policy. At our client’s request, drug testing can be administered to any associate within 24 hours notice. We utilize Immaculate Services for all drug and alcohol testing.
 
QUALITY CONTROL:
 
Account Management - Our customers are assigned an Account Manager who is available 7 days a week to address any staffing needs or service concerns. The account manager is the liaison between our customer and, the office. One call resolves your issues.
 
Arrival Checks - an arrival check is completed within 15 minutes of the assignments scheduled starting time to verify the employee’s safe and, timely arrival.
 
Performance Check - a performance check is made at the end of the first day of the assignment to determine if our associate is fulfilling the requirements of the assignment. The following calls will continue weekly to assure the quality of service expected.
 
Replacement Staff - we can be contacted 7 days a week 24 hours a day via our on-call supervisors.
 
We ask our customers to give us  up to 48 hours to replace any staff member at their request.
